Personal details collected during your ordering process are kept to a minimum, and only those details necessary to process the sale are collected. This includes details needed to facilitate payment and send physical goods. We do not share your details with third parties. You may receive occasional emails from us if you have ever directly subscribed, and you are free to unsubscribe at any time. Website cookies are kept to a minimum and you are free to consent or decline via the website pop-up.

Terms of Service

Payment

Website orders are processed securely through Stripe. We do not retain your payment details. If you would prefer to make payment via bank transfer, please contact us to arrange. An invoice with our banking details can be forwarded to you, and payment within 48 hours will secure your order.

Physical Goods

Sales of physical goods are final once payment is received. This includes custom orders in production and not yet dispatched. You will receive confirmation of your order, and notification will also be sent advising dispatch. Items are sent via Australia Post and tracking details will be provided.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully when ordering as refunds are not available for change of mind. This includes custom orders in production and not yet dispatched. For change of mind, you may exchange your product within 14 days of its delivery. Please contact us to to make arrangements for return and exchange of goods. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Items will be assessed upon return and must not have been worn, used or washed or otherwise damaged. Tags must remain attached. A store credit voucher will then be issued to the purchaser for the purchase price of the exchanged product. No credit is issued for postage costs.

Where an item has been damaged in transit, or an order has been incorrectly fulfilled, please advise upon delivery to arrange for replacement or refund. In this instance, we will cover return postage costs.

If you make an error with your order address, please advise as soon as possible. If an item is yet to be dispatched, we can update your address. If, however, your order has already been sent to the incorrect address, and subsequently becomes lost in transit, we are not able to reissue your order.
